Jamaica Plain Community Centers is a non-profit agency located in Jamaica Plain Massachusetts. We work in partnership with the City of Boston under the Boston Centers for Youth and Families known as BCYF. Our Board is comprised of City residents who volunteer their service. Members stand for election every March for 2 or 3 year terms. There are seats for both JP and City residents. Residents of JP are eligible to vote.

In addition to programming at both Curtis Hall and the Hennigan school, the Council oversees a robust Adult Learning Program (ALP) housed at English High School with satellite programming at Curtis Hall.

All sites are handicapped accessible and provide wifi access.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide "Education, Recreation and Inspiration across the Generations,". Our primary goal is to provide these opportunities in response to our neighborhood's identified needs. Residents of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate in programs and to communicate their interests and concerns with the Council. JPCC seeks to advocate for and educate our community about the resources available to them at our Community Centers.

Membership is free to any City resident and fee- based programs are on a sliding scale as needed.
